军事飞行员心理选拔面临的问题及对策

摘要：军事飞行员心理选拔工作对于军队发展至关重要。文章从军事飞行员所面临的新时代要求和过往已有选拔工作中存在的不足这两个方面，探讨了目前我国军事飞行员心理选拔所面临的问题，并且从选拔方法和选拔思想两个层面提出了建议。

Key issues for psychological selection of military pilots and improvement framework

Abstract: The psychological selection of military pilots is a crucial part of military development. By presenting the new era requirements that military pilots are facing and the deficiencies in the previous selection work, this article discusses the key problems in Chinese military pilots’ psychology selection. Finally, it illustrates some methods for psychological selection of military pilots and puts forward some suggestions in selection methods and selection thoughts.
