内田-克莱佩林测验在民航飞行学员情绪稳定性评价中的应用

摘要：目的 探讨内田-克莱佩林测验在民航飞行学员情绪稳定性的评价效度。 方法 对 353名理论学习阶段的飞行学员进行了内田-克莱佩林测验和艾森克人格测验；通过访谈法和因素分 析确定情绪稳定性的效标系统。在飞行训练阶段对全体受试者进行了情绪稳定性的评估。 结果 该情绪稳定性效标有较好的效度；能力指数和飞行情绪稳定性有显著相关；受试 者的“心理素质”和飞行成绩在兴奋性的3个水平上差异有显著性意义。 结论 内田-克莱佩林测验 在评价民航飞行学员的情绪稳定性上有较好的效度。

The assessment of emotional stability in civil flying cadets with Uchida -Kraepelin test

Abstract：Objective To explore the validity of the Uchida-Kraepelint Test for evaluating the emotional stability of civil aviation flight trainees. Methods The Uchida-Kleppelin Test and the Eysenck Personality Test were administered to 353 flight trainees during the theoretical learning stage; the validity of the emotional stability system was determined by interviews and factor analyses. Emotional stability was assessed during the flight training phase. Results The validity of the emotional stability scale was good; there was a significant correlation between the aptitude index and emotional stability in flight; and there were significant differences between the subjects' "psychological quality" and flight performance at three levels of arousal. Conclusion: The Uchida-Kleppelin Test has good validity in evaluating the emotional stability of civil aviation pilots.
