美国海军飞行员心理评估和选拔

摘要：海军飞行员面临复杂险恶的海上飞行环境，这对 飞行员的心理素质提出了很高的要求，也突显了心理 评估和选拔在海军航空医学保障中的重要性。美国海 军自“二战”以来开展了海军飞行员心理评估和选拔研 究，目前已经形成了较为科学的心理选拔体系。

Psychological Assessment and Selection of U.S. Navy Pilots

Abstract: Naval pilots face complex and dangerous flight environment at sea, which puts high demands on the psychological quality of pilots and highlights the importance of psychological assessment and selection in naval aviation medicine. The U.S. Navy has carried out research on the psychological assessment and selection of naval pilots since World War II, and has now formed a more scientific psychological selection system.
